I was given the task of building a number of levels for this game:
  • Fairy Disastrous: Quince Showdown - I did the boss level set in a theatre at the end of stage 1.
  • Dad's Dream - I worked on one of the levels in stage 2 as well as the giant robot boss at the end.
  • Get a Clue - I worked on some of the rooms in the mansion level of this stage.
  • Vicky Strikes Back - I made some of the puzzle room levels in this stage including the giant mining machine.
We used some outsourcing on this project and I helped by providing the whitebox level that was given to the outsource team to complete to check if they could produce the quality we required.

While Blitz tended to have separate modellers and texture artists I did get to texture some of my own work on this project, in particular the boss level set in a theatre. The textures were vector graphics created in Xara which was a refreshing change from the usual bitmaps done in photoshop.
